Embodied Inner Work Intensive
Work intensively with Hilary Buckwalter-Wilde in the spirit of your growth, healing, and transformation! Intensives are a great opportunity to commit to inner work and have guidance along the way. For the intensive, you will meet with Hilary once a month for six months.
Embodied Inner work is at the very core and foundation of healing. It is a worthy path that can complement, enrich, and empower all aspects of our lives. It is an art and a practice of diving deep into our interior landscapes for the purposes of self-exploration, self-understanding, healing, and transformation.
The practice of embodied inner work requires that we step into a new way of relating to ourselves and the world that engages our dreams, intuition, body, feelings and sensations, and Nature. It opens up infinite possibilities for connection, repair, and reclamation. And it can lead to the creation of authentic bone deep change in the world.
The Embodied Inner Work Intensive is trauma conscious /trauma responsive and is tailored to suit your individual needs and intentions. You will meet with Hilary in-person or via Zoom once a week for six weeks, or once a month for six months for Sacred Counsel, Dreamwork, and an exploration of the following topics:
Module 1: Radical Self-Care and Embodiment
Module 2: Boundaries and Communication
Module 3: Becoming Embodied and the Felt Sense
Module 4: Inner Child Exploration
Module 5: The Hero/Heroine’s Journey
Module 6: Stress, Trauma, and the Nervous System
