This sacred support circle will be a shared space for healing in community around narcissistic and covert abuse. Our time together will include discussion, breath practice, silent reflection, sauna, and cold therapy.
Healing from narcissistic and covert abuse is a deeply personal and transformative process. It can be lengthy, confusing, and isolating, and with this sacred circle our aim is to offer proper validation, support, and care in community so that we may heal together.
Gathering together in service of our own healing is a radical act that is not only life affirming but is also an opportunity to reclaim what has been lost, to feel what needs to be felt, to cultivate self-compassion, to be witnessed, and to ultimately grow relationships with ourselves and others that are healthy and nurturing.
This sacred support circle will be offered in a registration format, meaning you will register for 3 months at a time. We ask that you commit to the three-month process so that we can form a safe enough trauma conscious container for the healing work.
Each 3-month circle is limited to 10 people

*This circle will be offered to women, women identifying individuals, and non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experience of women.
